Vegan Brownies

These Brownies are a yummy snack regardless of whether you're vegan or not!
Ingredients

265g self-raising flour
245g golden caster sugar
50g cocoa powder
1tsp vanilla extract
125ml water
110ml vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
100ml oat milk
Method
Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa powder together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the vanilla extract, water, vegetable oil, vinegar and oat milk together.

3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together to form a cake-like batter. Add more oat milk if necessary.
4. Pour the batter into an oiled baking tin around 18 x 30cm in size.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C!
