Sausage Rolls

This is a quick and easy snack to make, it works well for lunch as well as a normal snack food.
Ingredients
Sausage
Puff Pastry
1 Beaten egg
Method
1. Roll out the pastry into a rectangle/square.
2. Divide it into twelve pieces using a knife, these should be rectangular.

3. Place a sausage on top and roll the pastry around it.
4. Paint the roll with your beaten egg and lay them on a baking tray (with baking paper).
5. Put them in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until golden.
6. Enjoy!
I like sausages, I try it.
